To secure their booking, guests are required to pay a minimum deposit of 30%. Payment can be made via the website. The balance of the rental monies will become due two months prior to guests’ day of arrival.
High Season
£1,050 per week
weekly lets only

Mid Season
£800 per week / £450 per weekend
April to June and September to October (excluding Easter holiday period).
Low Season
£550 per week /
£380 per weekend
January to March and November to December (excluding Christmas & New Year holiday period).

Occupied
Dogs
By prior arrangement, house-trained dogs will be allowed, so long as they are not permitted to access the bedrooms. A surcharge of £40 will be levied. Please indicate on your booking form if you would like to bring your 4-legged friend with you to stay at the Cottage.
Deposit & Final Payment
At the time of booking, a 30% deposit payable via the website is required to reserve the cottage. If your stay is less than 2 months away, guests are required to make payment in full at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will issue your booking confirmation. Two months prior to your stay we will notify you that the remaining balance of the rental monies will be charged to your card. Upon successful receipt of the balance of the rental monies, we will confirm the final arrangements for your stay, including key collection.
Changes To Your Booking
Guests wishing to change a confirmed booking must notify us in writing by email as soon as possible, quoting their booking reference. Whilst we’ll make best endeavours to accommodate changes to dates, we cannot make any promises as it will depend on availability at the time. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to change bookings less than 60 days prior to the start of your stay.
Cancellations
Guests wishing to cancel a confirmed booking must notify us in writing by email as soon as possible quoting their booking reference and, in any event, prior to the first day of their stay. Bookings will be cancelled with effect from the date we receive your email. These will be subject to the cancellation charges which have been calculated as set out below:
